Default Firmware

Is there a way to get the default firmware back on to the system?

Every time I tried the upgrade the sound playback gets worst.

I tried the default settings that does not work. The firmware is the 1.6 and I need the default version it came with.

about 10 months ago.

Is there a way to get an older firmware because the 1.6 version has my sound real bad. I cannot get it back after upgrading the firmware.
The 1.5 version is giving errors when I try to install it.

Just when I was about to give up and find another product for my HD Movies you guys pulled through for me! way Cool one sugestion though would be to e-mail your subscribers when there is a new firmware with updates on what was changed and your news and anouncments has no reference to the new firmware.

can someone give us some update of whats going on? the front website is yet to be updated. none of the firmware is being updated? i called them a few weeks ago and they told me they were in the process of moving locations and would return my email as soon as possible but to no help!!! ... does anyone have insider information on whether this company is still in existence? moderators?

Update *** had to end up getting in contact with the person I purchased the 800 from (pC4USA.com) and they had been friendly and helpful in helping me get a hold of mediagate.
